The 2009/2010 Update Course includes: material facts, new Commission rules, licensing and education issues and NCAR residential form changes.
Elective - Foreclosures, Short Sales, REO's and Auctions - $59
This Elective course providesvery timely "must have" information for agents on Short Sales, Foreclosures, REO's ("real estate owned" by a lender) transactions. What is a Short Sale? How to market one? How to buy one? Who to contact? How do you lessen your possible liability as an agent? Broker and client Auction procedures are also reviewed.
Broker-in-Charge Annual Review - $59
Required course, along with the Mandatory Update, for all Brokers-In-Charge who want to remain BICs or BIC Eligible. The 2009/2010 BICAR course provides very helpful information on Compensation issues that a BIC may encounter with licensees, and also thoroughly reviews Dual and Designated Agency. The requirements to become and remain a BIC are also covered. * If you are not currently serving as a Broker-in-Charge or are not BIC eligible, you will not receive credit for this course.
