24 Hour Transition Course – Cost: $249 tuition includes textbook

This course is required of “provisional” brokers whose license was issued before October 1, 2005.  The course must be completed before April 1, 2008. There is no exam and 4 hours elective continuing education will be credited to the licensee’s record.   Licensees who can verify 4 years of experience in the previous 6 years are not required to take the course.
